My Story with Spinal Flow
If I have to give a word / phrase to Spinal Flow, it would be "sacral response". It was my gut feeling led me to this healing modality. It might sound woo-woo to you but guys, let's admit it, it’s the era of listening to our intuition haha.
I had my first Spinal Flow session in October 2024 and my body quickly fell in love with it with just one session. Spinal Flow freed up my posture, energy, and the divine flow of wisdom and healing intelligence inside me. My meditation felt so much more expanded yet grounded and I could feel more of my subtle bodies.
For me, my experience with Spinal Flow is pretty "spiritual and energetics". However, what I also love about Spinal Flow is, it's a very grounded and physical approach. During the session, a Spinal Flow practitioner facilitate the flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and Life Force Energy within the recipients' body. Everything we can feel and perceive has nerve supplies. Spinal Flow works on facilitating the recipients' body to communicate better with their nervous system and the brain, so as to release any spinal blockages and allow the body's innate intelligence to heal pain, illness and dis-ease.

Gentle touches along the spine, specifically on the access points around our sacrum and coccyx, to facilitate the natural flow of our Life Force Energy. Common reactions to the treatment include, but not limited to, subtle body movements, deeper breaths, tingle sensations, muscle twitching. Most clients feel deep relaxation; some notice immediate shifts, while others experience gradual changes.
